Today at work, I was talking about whether I was going to get gluten free pizza for lunch, or whether I would be “good” and go to Chipotle and get a bowl, no rice, just beans and meat.
“One sounds better, and one is better for my waistline.” And I made a gesture with my hands of shrinking my waist smaller.
“You deserve to take up space,” my coworker Elizabeth said.
That, and just that.

Gluten is a PROTEIN found in most wheat product. It’s actually good for your body unless you have celiac which only 1% of the popular has. Gluten free product is actually really high in sugar which is really horrible for you! 😉
Gluten free stuff is made from all kinds of other ingredients, most of which is fine. There is high quality and low quality everything. I haven’t eaten gluten in six years, my body doesn’t tolerate it. It’s a grain which is pretty much useless other than carbohydrate content. But thank you for trying to help. 🙂
