Small Life, Slow Life: 29/100 {You deserve to take up space.}

Today at work, I was talking about whether I was going to get gluten free pizza for lunch, or whether I would be “good” and go to Chipotle and get a bowl, no rice, just beans and meat.

“One sounds better, and one is better for my waistline.” And I made a gesture with my hands of shrinking my waist smaller.

“You deserve to take up space,” my coworker Elizabeth said.

That, and just that.

You deserve to take up space.

  1. Gluten is a PROTEIN found in most wheat product. It’s actually good for your body unless you have celiac which only 1% of the popular has. Gluten free product is actually really high in sugar which is really horrible for you! 😉

    • Gluten free stuff is made from all kinds of other ingredients, most of which is fine. There is high quality and low quality everything. I haven’t eaten gluten in six years, my body doesn’t tolerate it. It’s a grain which is pretty much useless other than carbohydrate content. But thank you for trying to help. 🙂
